Flowers on the brain
Tomorrow we start designing John and Gaelyn's wedding flowers! J&G are like family to me and I can't wait to help them bring their vision to reality. With the help of my partner in crime, Leighsa at Branch Out, we are gonna make them some adorable arrangements! We are all meeting at Leighsa's studio tomorrow to pick out flowers, vases, and props. I can't wait to see all the ideas come together! Yay!

Photo Shoot
Next week I will be joining the lovely Whitney Tudor in a photo project she is working on. She has asked me to model for her in a series of pictures she is in the process of taking. The theme is amazing, but you will have to wait to check it out until the entire project is finished. The anticipation will be worth it, I assure you! Whitney is so inspiring and I can't wait to be a part of her vision. I'm ready for my close up...I think.
*Pic from Whitney's fbook page. She does pretty well on both sides of the camera!

Change
All changes, even the most longed for, have their melancholy; for what we leave behind us is a part of ourselves; we must die to one life before we can enter another. Anatole France

New Year's Resolution-Glamping!
This year my New Year's Resolution is to stay at this place!
Rosa Muerta, in the climbing mecca of Joshua Tree is a luxury camping (glamping) hotel. It looks amazing! My friend Angela passed me this link cause she knew I would love it! And wow, can you say love at first sight!? These open air houses are getting attention from architecture, design and travel magazines all over the world, but they are surprisingly affordable! This place has all the luxuries one could want: a kitchen, a cushy bedroom, a fire pit, a huge shower with a built-in bench, a barbecue and sink for outdoor cooking, an ipod/cd stereo, and a spa!
All I can say is when do we leave?
